Expanding the Housing Sales Business in Bangkok, Thailand Participating in Three New Projects

Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. have decided to further expand the housing sales business in the Thai capital of Bangkok through their joint venture, Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte. Ltd. (headquartered in Singapore). In a display of the robust partnership with leading local developer Ananda Development Public Company Limited (Ananda), an agreement has been made to move ahead with three new properties (total of approximately 2,100 units) and sales starting from October 2016. By taking part in these three projects, the Mitsui Fudosan Group is now involved in over 10,100 units across 12 properties from its housing sales business in Bangkok.

Expanding the Housing Sales Business in Thailand Participating in Five New Projects

Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. have decided to further expand the housing sales business in the Thai capital of Bangkok through their joint venture, Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte. Ltd. (headquartered in Singapore). Four projects are already underway in Thailand, and in a display of the robust partnership with leading local developer Ananda Development Public Company Limited, an agreement has been made to move ahead on five new properties (with a total of approximately 4,200 units), and sales have started for two of these. By taking part in these five projects, the Mitsui Fudosan Group is involved in over 8,000 units in its housing sales business in Bangkok.

Mitsui Fudosan to Participate in 4th High-Rise Condominium Project in Bangkok, Thailand

Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., and Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd., has announced its decision to participate in a new high-rise condominium project, the “Ashton Chula-Silom” (approx. 1,200 units) in central Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, through Mitsui Fudosan Asia Pte. Ltd. (headquartered in Singapore), which is a joint venture of Mitsui Fudosan and Mitsui Fudosan Residential. The project is being carried out jointly with Ananda Development Public Co., Ltd., a leading local residential development company. With the addition of this project, Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., is now carrying out a total of 12 residential projects in Southeast Asia, and that total rises to 14 if commercial properties are included as well.

Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. today decided to participate in two high-rise condominium projects (approx. 1,330 units) in central Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, through Mitsui Fudosan Asia Pte. Ltd. (headquartered in Singapore), which is a joint venture of both Mitsui Fudosan and Mitsui Fudosan Residential.The two projects are the Ashton Asoke located in Asok, and the Ideo Q Siam-Ratchathewi located in Ratchathewi. Both projects are distinguished by their locations in central Bangkok.
