As Managing Director, my role is to set a clear direction for the company and to act as a facilitator, guiding our team with empathy and fostering a culture of respect, motivation, and alignment with our goals. I believe sold corporate culture is the foundation of meaningful collaboration with our partners, enabling us to deliver projects of lasting value. I also focus on leveraging our expertise from Japan, strengthening local partnerships, and staying adaptable in a fast-changing market. Growth is not the only goal—it’s about building a strong, collaborative corporate culture that supports long-term success.
