As Managing Director of Mitsui Fudosan Asia, which is our regional HQ in APAC, my main role is to properly evaluate the growth potential of the real estate market in each country in the APAC region, identify the areas and asset classes that we should focus on, and allocate the necessary resources to the areas where we can best utilize our capabilities. In addition, we must fulfill our social responsibility as stipulated in the SDGs. We are committed to adopting sustainable business practices and supporting efforts to realize a better world.

Currently, Mitsui Fudosan has five bases in the APAC region: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Australia. By sharing the efforts of each country and area and the insights we have gained from them, we would like to become an even more resilient and professional group.
